Glass Mistletoe Berry Bracelet featuring fifteen of my handmade glass mistletoe berry beads. The pictures don't show it completely, but in order to mimic ripening fruit I have made the berries in various shades. They include a translucent gray-white, an opaline soft white and an opaque bright white. The berries are surrounded by several types of handmade glass leaves, Czech pressed glass leaves and Swarovski ice crystals.
For strength the bracelet is strung on 49-strand stainless steel beading wire with a green covering. It is finished with sterling silver findings. The length can be adjusted between 7 inches inches (18cm) and 9 inches (23cm) by clipping the lobster clasp into the link of your choice. I can also make the bracelet in a different length, a different clasp style or with gold filled findings if you prefer - just specify your requirements when you request a Custom Order.
Each of these white berries is made by melting Italian glass rods in the flame of a torch using the lampwork process. The molten glass is wrapped onto a twist of 20 gauge copper wire, so the wire can never be pulled out of the glass. A black flower scar at the end adds realism to each berry.
