Westchester, One-of-a Kind Raspberry Necklace with Handmade Glass Leaves on 18K Yellow Gold

Many of these designs were made to fill custom orders. Others are pieces I made for my own enjoyment. Most are one-of-a-kind, but a couple of designs were produced in limited editions of 3 pieces. 	Candia Blackberry Necklace on 18K Yellow Gold This one-of-a-kind necklace was made by Elizabeth Johnson and features her handmade glass berries. It includes nine Blackberries in varying degrees of ripeness from green through red to completely black. The glass berries, leaves, beads and cones used in the necklace were all made by the artist. For strength the necklace is constructed on 49-strand beading wire plated with 24k gold, double-crimped with 18k yellow gold crimp beads and fastened with 18k yellow gold wire and clasp. The overall length is 19 inches.
	Westchester Raspberry Necklace on 18K Yellow Gold This one-of-a-kind necklace includes nine glass Raspberries in varying degrees of ripeness from white through pink and dark red. The glass berries, leaves, beads and cones used in the necklace were all made by the artist. For strength the necklace is constructed on 49-strand beading wire plated with 24k gold, double-crimped with 18k yellow gold crimp beads and fastened with 18k yellow gold wire and clasp. 	Blackberry, Raspberry and Their Offspring This one-of-a kind necklace includes one glass raspberry, one glass blackberry and one glass boysenberry. They are nestled among a cluster of handmade leaves in several colors, and interspersed with a few olivine-colored faceted Cubic Zirconia pears for sparkle. A strand of faceted olivine round CZs fills out the necklace. For strength the necklace is constructed on 49-strand beading wire, double-crimped and finished with sterling silver findings. The overall length is 17 inches. Matching earrings are available.
	Alaska Berries Necklace This one-of-a kind necklace includes one glass blueberry and two glass salmonberries. 	Seven Gooseberry Necklace with Handmade Glass Leaves on Sterling Silver This one-of-a-kind necklace is reminiscent of the squash blossom necklace designs made by native american silversmiths. It features seven green and red gooseberry beads in varying degrees of ripeness. The gooseberries are framed by handmade glass leaves and handmade melon beads. For strength the necklace is constructed on 49-strand beading wire, double-crimped and finished with sterling silver findings. The overall length is 17 inches. Currently on display at Kittrell-Riffkind Art Glass in Texas.
	Winterberry and Ice Spear Necklace on Sterling Silver This limited edition necklace by Elizabeth Johnson and features her handmade glass berries. It includes forty red Pepperberries interspaced with clear Swarovski Crystals, all surrounding a Swarovski Crystal Spear. The remainder of the necklace is made up of clear crystal rondelles in graduated sizes. For strength the necklace is constructed on 49-strand beading wire plated with sterling silver, double-crimped with sterling silver crimp beads and fastened with a sterling silver clasp. The overall length is 17 inches. Only three of this design were made. One is available at Kittrell Riffkind Art Glass in Dallas, one has been sold, and the last is here in my studio.
	Pepperberry Necklace with Vessonite Leaves on Sterling Silver This one-of-a-kind necklace features eleven red Pepperberries in a cluster surrounding a Swarovski Crystal Icicle. The remainder of the necklace is made up of natural Vessonite faceted drops with the brilliant color of holly or ivy. For strength the necklace is constructed on 49-strand beading wire plated with sterling silver, double-crimped with sterling silver crimp beads and fastened with a sterling silver scroll hook-and-eye clasp. The overall length is 19 inches.
	“Manchester” Three-strand Strawberry Necklace This one-of-a-kind necklace features seven glass Strawberries in graduated sizes. They are strung on three gemstone strands made of faceted natural dark green Tourmaline hearts, faceted natural Peridot rondelles and natural Peridot buttons. Red faceted Cubic Zirconia beads highlight the strawberries. For strength the necklace is constructed on 49-strand beading wire, double-crimped and finished with 14-karat gold findings. Overall length is 18 inches. This piece is available for purchase at the Toledo Museum of Art.
	Fifteen Ripening Blueberries Bracelet with Swarovski Crystals on Sterling Silver This open edition bracelet features fifteen of my glass blueberry beads. They range in color from unripe green through red, purple, violet and fully ripe blue. The glass blueberries are accented by Swarovski crystals in blueberry colors and by small glass leaves. For strength the bracelet is strung on 49-strand stainless steel beading wire and finished with Sterling Silver or 14/20 Gold-Filled findings. The length of the bracelet can be adjusted between 7 and 8.5 inches by clipping the lobster clasp into the link of your choice. Available in my Etsy shop.
	Rhea's Blueberry Earrings My friend Rhea commissioned these earrings to go with her glass Ripening Blueberry Bracelet, above. Each earring includes eight tiny blueberries in tones of green, pink, red, purple and blue. The berries are highlighted by Swarovski crystals in the same tones, and surrounded by several colors and styles of glass leaves. The findings are all Sterling silver. The overall length of the earrings, from the hole in the earlobe to the bottom, is about 2-1/2 inches.
	Four Blueberry Brooch on Sterling Silver Beading Pin This custom ordered brooch was made with four glass Blueberries in varying degrees of ripeness and several handmade glass leaf beads, all made by the artist. The base of the brooch and all the other metal elements are sterling silver. The overall size is about 2-1/4 inches wide (including the metal parts) and about 1-1/2 inches high.

	Ten Blueberry Brooch on Sterling Silver Beading Pin This new brooch includes ten glass Blueberries in varying degrees of ripeness and twenty-six handmade glass leaf beads, all made by the artist. Most of the elements are suspended from sterling silver chains so there is plenty of movement and so you can turn the chains somewhat to bring your favorite berries to the front. The base of the brooch and all the other metal elements are sterling silver. The overall size is about 2-1/4 inches wide (including the metal parts) and about 2-3/4 inches high.
	Winterberry and Ice Choker on Sterling Silver This one-of-a-kind winter-themed necklace includes thirty-six red Pepperberries interspaced with clear Swarovski Crystals, all surrounding a Swarovski Crystal Icicle. The remainder of the necklace is made up of natural Grade A+ Rock Crystal faceted drops. For strength the necklace is constructed on 49-strand beading wire plated with sterling silver, double-crimped with sterling silver crimp beads and fastened with a sterling silver omega toggle clasp. 	Five Gooseberry Necklace with Swarovski Crystals and Handmade Glass Leaves on Gold-Filled This necklace was based on the Ripening Gooseberry Bracelet. It features five of my green glass gooseberry beads. Each gooseberry is surrounded by Swarovski crystals in shades of green and yellow that evoke the ripening stages of the fruit. These are framed by my handmade green glass leaves.For strength the necklace is constructed on 49-strand beading wire, double-crimped and finished with gold-filled findings. 	“Barrington” Three-strand Raspberry and Gooseberry Necklace This one-of-a-kind necklace features six glass Raspberries and five glass Gooseberries, all in varying degrees of ripeness. They are spaced on the three strands in such a way that they will drape gracefully when the strands are twisted together. The strand in tones of amber, loden and brown is made of natural faceted Citrine beads in drop and rondelle shapes. The green strand is made of dark olivine-colored faceted Cubic Zirconia drop beads. The yellow strand consists of lemon-colored faceted Cubic Zirconia beads in drop and rondelle shapes. For strength the necklace is constructed on 49-strand beading wire, double-crimped and finished with 14-karat gold findings. Overall length is 18 inches. Total length when twisted is about 16 inches.
	“Decadent” All-Blackberry Choker Necklace This necklace features nineteen individually made lifelike glass Blackberries in graduated sizes. They are alternated with 18 karat yellow gold spacer beads. For strength the necklace is constructed on 49-strand beading wire, double-crimped and finished with a 22 karat yellow gold clasp. Overall length is 18 inches.
	“Lochmere” Three-strand Blueberry Necklace This one-of-a-kind necklace features seventeen Blueberries in varying degrees of ripeness, spaced on the three strands so that they will drape gracefully when the strands are twisted together. The yellow strand consists of lemon-colored faceted Cubic Zirconia beads in drop and rondelle shapes. The blue strand is made of natural Iolite faceted rondelles interspersed with 14K gold round beads, and the green strand is made of dark olivine-colored faceted Cubic Zirconia drop beads. 	“Meredith” Single-strand Salmonberry and Blueberry Choker This one-of-a-kind berry necklace features three glass Salmonberries and four glass Blueberries. The glass beads are set off by dark lemon and dark olivine faceted Cubic Zirconia droplets. For strength the necklace is constructed on 49-strand beading wire, double-crimped and finished with 14-karat gold findings. Total length is about 15 inches.
	“Laconia” Single-strand Blackberry and Blueberry Choker This one-of-a-kind necklace features one glass Blackberry and six glass Blueberries in varying states of ripeness. The glass beads are set off by faceted droplet beads in natural Blue Topaz, olivine Cubic Zirconia and lemon yellow Cubic Zirconia, and light lemon micro-faceted Cubic Zirconia rondelles.
	“Wolfeboro” Single-strand Raspberry Necklace This one-of-a-kind necklace features five glass Raspberries in graduated sizes. The glass beads are set off by faceted droplet beads in natural pale lemon Heliodot and olive-colored Cubic Zirconia interspersed with 14-karat gold beads. For strength the necklace is constructed on 49-strand beading wire, double-crimped and finished with 14-karat gold findings. Total length is about 17 inches.
	Blueberry Necklace with Leaves and Water Drops on Sterling Silver This choker-length necklace features thirteen glass blueberries in varying degrees of ripeness, set among green glass leaves and glass water droplets. It is constructed on sterling silver chain with a filigree clasp. Total length 16 inches.
	Three-strand Raspberry Choker This necklace features seven glass raspberries spaced on the three strands in such a way that they will drape gracefully when the strands are twisted together. The strand in tones of purple is made of natural faceted Amethyst rondelle beads. The green strand is made of dark olivine-colored faceted Cubic Zirconia drop beads. The red strand consists of natural faceted Garnet and Tourmaline rondelles. For strength, the necklace is constructed on 49-strand beading wire, double-crimped and finished with 14-karat gold findings. Total length when twisted — about 16 inches.
	Three-strand Raspberry and Gooseberry Necklace This necklace features three glass raspberries and four glass gooseberries. The berries are center-drilled and are spaced to gather up the three strands of natural faceted green Tourmaline heart beads and Peridot rondelles that make up the body of the necklace. The necklace is strung on silk cord and finished with 14-karat gold findings and its total length is about 18 inches.
	Single-strand Blackberry and Blueberry Choker This necklace features three glass Blackberries and four glass Blueberries in varying states of ripeness. The glass beads are set off by dark lemon and dark olivine cut Cubic Zirconia beads. The necklace is strung on silk cord and finished with 14-karat gold findings, with a total length of about 16 inches.
	Single-strand Multi-berry Choker This necklace features one glass Blackberry, two glass Raspberries, two glass Choke Cherries and four glass Blueberries. The green crystals are natural faceted Vessonite, a color variant of Peridot. The necklace is strung on silk cord and finished with 14-karat gold findings and its total length is about 16 inches.

It is constructed of sterling silver findings and chain in a continuous loop just large enough to slide over your hand, with a magnetic clasp that shortens it to the proper length once it is around your wrist — about 7 inches.
